Tree is probably the most relatable character. Many of us feel trapped, rooted if you will, to our current location. There will always be somewhere or something we want to see or do, but simply cannot reach. It's quite tragic, really. For all we know, he could be just ten miles from the ocean, and still would never be able to see it. Somethings will forever be just out of grasp, never to be heard, felt, or seen.
